I Sioux Game Productions

I Sioux was founded on 01/01/2001, starting as a media company, developing websites and multimedia applications for (media)partners.

Within a couple of years, people within the company started to develop games, first just for fun, but very soon, they got more serious with it. The games turned out to be quite successful worldwide and I Sioux Media Productions decided to explore the world of games. At this moment the company decided to focus on casual games only. In 2007 the company was divided in two separate divisions. I Sioux Game Productions was born. In the last couple of years the company has grown fast and more and more quality games have been developed. All games are published under the Youdagames brand, which has become a well known brand in the international casual games industry now.

Youdagames

The games developed by I Sioux Game Productions, are published under the brand of Youdagames.

The games are published on the own game portal www.youdagames.com. The portfolio now consists of 16 download games in total. All games are developed on a high quality standard with an original game play and high-end 3D design. Most of the games published by Youdagames can be found on most important casual game portals worldwide.

In 2008 the company was rewarded for two of its games at the Dutch Game Awards. The casual poker hitgame ‘Governor of Poker’ was rewarded for ‘Best Online Game’. Furthermore a ‘Special Jury Award’ was given away for the educasual game ‘Red Cross: ERU’, which was developed in corporation with the Dutch Red Cross.
With a total of 7 download games and one iPhone game (Governor of Poker) to be published in 2009, already a couple of download games and two Nintendo DS titles (Youda farmer/Youda Marina)in development for 2010, Youdagames is becoming an important player in the global casual games market.

Jurriaan van Teunenbroek

COO I Sioux Game Productions

Twenty years ago he turned on his first game computer and from this moment on the game never ended…

What started as having some fun turned into a serious business.

In 2001 Jurriaan van Teunenbroek (1978) founded I Sioux Media Productions, together with his two partners, brothers Horst en Peter Streck.

From 2006 the brand Youdagames was launched en in a short period of time it became a worldwide player in the casual games industry.

Being the COO Jurriaan got his challenges in coordinating the teams and creative processes to make top game titles and finding new markets to sell the products.

The best lesson he has learnt so far: You do not develop a game for one person, you are doing it for millions!

Horst Streck

CEO I Sioux BV

After changing his student life for a working life, Horst Streck (1962) had a successful job as an information expert within the Amsterdam local authorities for a couple of years.

In 2001 he founded I Sioux Media Productions, in the casual games industry now operating under the Youdagames brand. Together with his two partners, he has turned Youdagames into an important player in the casual games industry in a relatively short period of time.

As the CEO Horst was responsible for building strong relations with important partners and distributors within the industry. This has been one of the important reasons Youda games are now played by a broad audience worldwide.

Peter Streck

Game Designer I Sioux Game Productions

Peter Streck (1968) attended media technology classes at the Academy of Arts for three years. Then he was scouted by a well-established facilities company based in Hilversum and started working there. Consecutive he worked for Dutch media companies RTL Group and SBS Broadcasting, as an advanced animator and designer. Later he became producer, director and scriptwriter of various music videos. Creating new things for a large audience has always been his passion.

After the founding of I Sioux Media Productions, he found out quite fast that developing games was something that gradually became available to more programmers. The days of Coding in the core was in the past. Creativity started to play a bigger part when the more programmers were able to create games. Now Peter is responsible for designing the innovative concepts and writing the storylines for all Youda games developed by I Sioux Game Productions.
